4. Return Policy

4.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • Proof of purchase is provided. 4.2 Certain products may be ineligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. 5.1 Replacements are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered. 5.2 Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer support. 5.3 Depending on availability, the replacement will be processed, or a full refund will be issued. 5.4 Erus Technologies reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.

6. Project Selection and Delivery

6.1 Customers can choose project services from the offerings listed on our website. 6.2 Project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in the agreement signed by both parties. 6.3 Payments for projects must be made as per the agreed milestones through Razorpay. 6.4 Any changes to the project scope or timeline must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs. 6.5 Erus Technologies reserves the right to refuse or terminate projects that do not align with our capabilities or ethical standards.

7. Project Handover Policy

7.1 Upon completion of the project, all deliverables will be provided to the customer in the agreed format. 7.2 Final payment must be made before the handover of the project. 7.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the project deliverables within 7 days of handover. Any feedback or corrections must be communicated within this timeframe. 7.4 After the review period, Erus Technologies will consider the project as accepted and closed.

8. Payment Methods and Charges

    8.2 Additional charges may apply depending on the payment method chosen, in accordance with Razorpay’s transaction fees. These charges will be disclosed during the checkout process. 8.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate details when completing transactions. 8.4 All transactions are secure and processed through Razorpay’s encrypted gateway.

9. Cancellations

9.1 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. 9.2 Projects may be cancelled before the initiation phase. Refunds for cancelled projects will be subject to deductions for work already completed. 9.3 To cancel an order or project, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team promptly. 9.4 Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
